Speed control method of DC geared motor
1.Using a phase-shift trigger circuit to control the conduction angle of the thyristor, the trigger angle can be adjusted by a voltage signal;
2.The control voltage can be manually adjusted or adjusted automatically by the difference between the given value and the speed feedback, and the regulator can perform PID calculation;
3, DC motor, fixed excitation, the motor speed is proportional to the armature voltage, so voltage regulation should be used;
4. Three-phase thyristor full-bridge rectifier circuit can obtain pulsating DC power;
5. A simple non-feedback speed control system is to change the phase shift control voltage by a given potentiometer, thereby changing the thyristor conduction angle, changing the rectified output voltage, and changing the motor speed.
