What causes the DC geared motor to be overloaded?

    1. The power supply voltage is too low: The DC geared motor runs under the condition of more than the rated voltage in the countryside, and the current in the stator winding increases more, resulting in a higher temperature rise of the stator winding and overheating and burnout.

    2. Improper selection of DC geared motor: The actual load working conditions do not match the form of the selected submersible pump; the head is too high or too low.

    3. Mechanical failure: The bearing of the DC geared motor is seriously damaged, the stator and the rotor frictionally "sweep" or the pump impeller is caught by other debris such as water grass and other mechanical failures will cause the DC geared motor stator winding to burn out.

    4. Quality factors in the manufacturer or repair: The submersible pump is overloaded due to quality reasons in the manufacturer and repair.
